I just placed an order, but I need to change the shipping address. How do I do that?

I just placed an order. How will it be shipped to me?
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Your tracking email will provide you with the tracking information for your shipment. International orders will be shipped DHL.
Will a signature be required for delivery of my order?
No, a signature is not required.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! On the checkout page, you will see all of your available shipping options (First Class, 2 Business Day, and Next Business Day). First Class shipping is included for purchase placed in the U.S. Expedited orders to ship same-day are at the cost of the buyer and must be placed before noon eastern time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! BOUV ships internationally. If you are placing an order from Canada, you will receive your items via USPS with and for all other international orders we use DHL. Please allow 10-15 days to receive your order from First Class shipping.
Are returns free?
While we are able to offer free shipping to customers within the U.S., customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of any items being returned.

How do I clean my BOUV jewelry?
Because our jewelry is plated with 18K gold, it is possible for it to fade over time from continuous wear. We do recommed that our customers are cautious when washing their hands, swimming, excercising, cleaning, or styling their hair as soaps, chlorine, detergents, cleaning agents and hair products can tarnish the jewelry. The BOUV jewelry pouch doubles as a safe haven for your jewelry storage.
My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notifed within 24 hours of delivery in order to initiate the return process.
What material are BOUV pieces made of?
BOUV pieces are made of sterling silver, stainless steel or brass and covered in 18 karat or 24 karat gold. Please note, items made from stainless steel have a bit more weight to them and therefore are more durable.
What do I do if my order is lost?
In the event that your package is lost, please contact your local USPS. We have paid for insurance on packages with two or more items purchased. If USPS is unable to locate your package, please reach out to us directly. If you purchased two or more items, we will happily replace those items at no cost to you, but if only one item was purchased we will replace your lost item at a 50% discount.
